The rules of the game, in plain words: what to expect from ChancitaBot, and what not to.

What it does

  • It watches the INM appointment calendar for you and tells you on Telegram the moment a slot opens.

What it does not do

  • It does not book the appointment. You do that yourself, in the portal, when the alert arrives.
  • It does not promise you a slot. Slots appear when the INM opens one or somebody cancels, and neither is ours to arrange.
  • It does not register you or start a procedure. You need an INM account with your details already complete.

Your side

  • Use your own INM account and your own details.
  • Keep your details correct. ChancitaBot cannot sign in with a password that has changed.
  • You can stop and delete everything from your dashboard whenever you like.

What we cannot promise

  • Server capacity is limited, so monitoring may not be available during a burst of activity.
  • The service can be interrupted, changed or stopped without notice, and it comes with no guarantee of any kind.
  • It depends on the INM portal, which can change or go down at any time. When it does, ChancitaBot cannot do its job either.
