ChancitaBot needs some of your details to do its job, and nothing beyond that. Here is exactly what it keeps and why.

What it keeps

  • Your email address, so you can start a private session.
  • Your application details, such as the office, date of birth and document number.
  • Your Telegram chat, so it can send you the alerts.

What it does with it

  • It signs in to the INM portal, reads the appointment calendar, and messages you the moment a slot opens. That is the whole job.
  • It never books an appointment, makes no changes, and reads nothing other than which slots are free.

What each service sees

  • WorkOS handles signing in. It sees your email address and nothing else.
  • Telegram delivers the alerts to your chat, so it sees what they say: which dates are open.
  • Nobody else. Your data is not sold, shared or used for anything else.

How long it lasts

  • Until you delete your account, which you can do from your dashboard at any moment. That removes everything, your email included.
  • Backups are kept for seven days, so an encrypted copy can outlive the deletion by up to a week before it ages out.
